Alan Kutchukian has 40 years of business experience, thirty years in London and the last ten years in Armenia. He established the KPMG office in Armenia in 1997 and as its managing director he developed KPMG Armenia into a major audit and consulting business with a staff of 80 employees. Tower International Consultants provides the full range of financial advisory services - audit, accounting, tax & legal, business consulting, and real estate consulting. Over the last ten years Alan Kutchukian has developed longstanding and close relationships with the major financial institutions in Armenia as well as with international and locally owned corporations, including the major mining companies, the major Armenian business groups or conglomerates, the telecom companies, the information technology sector, transportation, energy, beverage and alcohol, tobacco and hospitality sectors. Alan Kutchukian has extensive experience and expertise in tendering and carrying out projects where the ultimate beneficiaries are often state owned organizations or agencies e.g. in the utilities sector, energy sector, forestry, judicial, health, etc. As a result of provision of such donor funded services (USAID, Global Fund, World Bank, Millennium Challenge) to the public sector and through social and community contact over several years, Alan has established strong working relationships with several key ministries in Armenia. During his ten years working in Armenia, Alan Kutchukian has been a member of the council of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia (UMBA), and the Prime Minister's Business Support Council. He has provided financial advice to the Holy See of Armenia (mother church) Echmiadzin and has also taken part and contributed to a number of charitable organisations and other associations such as the American Armenian Chamber of Commerce. Alan Kutchukian was born in Cyprus and is a British subject. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and speaks English, Armenian, French and Greek. He established Tower International Consultants cjsc in April 2007 with the purpose of placing his knowledge at the disposal of companies and individuals doing business in Armenia. He is supported by a core group of experienced and highly qualified accountants, lawyers and consultants. |
